Former Bucks County Solicitor Joe Khan fell short in his bid for the Democratic nomination for Pennsylvania Attorney General Tuesday, according to unofficial tallies early Wednesday morning.

Ten candidates — five Democrats and five Republicans — earned spots on the fall ballot after Tuesday’s Primary Election results. There are five open seats on the board.
