HISTORY LIVES: Doylestown Friends Meeting House

The early Quakers who came to Bucks County were primarily farmers; therefore they usually located their meeting houses in rural areas rather than in towns.

Following an interfaith worship service Sunday, several dozen people walked the streets of Doylestown carrying signs and frames with T-shirts bearing names of Bucks County citizens killed by guns.
