The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said construction has been substantially completed approximately 19 months ahead of schedule on a $3.9 million safety improvement project to build two roundabouts at the intersection of Easton Road and New Britain Road/Sauerman Road in Doylestown Township.
