Ed Bennett’s mural on the side of his Bedminster barn is finally complete. The finishing touch was the American flag he had mounted on the roof as a three-dimensional extension of his painting, which shows black, brown, white and red-tinted forearms and hands reaching upward, clasping a pole. Bennett, who owns and operates the Galvanized America Inn and Art Gallery with his wife, Sherri, said the mural is meant to evoke a message of inclusivity and diversity.
