Makers Alley hosts Members Artist and Artisan Summer Exhibition

Posted

The Makers Alley Members Artist and Artisan Summer Exhibition will be held in Frenchtown, N.J. – returning to the Delaware River Valley town where it held it first exhibition.

Now in its 5th year, this popular, semi-annual Makers Alley Members Exhibition provides the opportunity for its member artists to show their latest work, and for the viewers and potential collectors to purchase a range of work in multiple disciplines at varying prices.

Work by over 50 member artists was submitted by painters, sculptors, wood workers, photographers, ceramic and fiber artists. The exhibition will be on view from Aug. 9 – Sept. 9 at a pop-up gallery at 15 Trenton Ave., one block South of Bridge Street on Route 29 in Frenchtown.

“We are excited to return to Frenchtown where Makers Alley got its start over five years ago,” explained Peter Rosenthal, Makers Alley creative director and original co-founder. “We are so appreciative to Cara Lin, owner of this gallery space and the beautifully restored National Hotel & Restaurant in Frenchtown to make this ideal location available to us.”

Free and open to the public, the Makers Alley Members Summer Exhibition is open weekends only: Saturdays and Sundays: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For information, visit https://makersalley.org/ and follow Makers Alley @makers.alley.
