The second annual Bucks County Eat, Drink and Be Merry Month will begin Aug, 15 and run through Sept. 15.
The monthlong event will directly benefit the local Bucks County cancer community through the nonprofit Kin Wellness and Support Center. Last year this event generated nearly $25,000, which the nonprofit is looking to top this year.
When people throughout the community order a designated appetizer, entrée, drink or dessert from participating partner restaurants or bars, a percentage of their order will benefit the local cancer community through Kin Wellness and Support Center.
The official 2024 participating partners are: Café with Soul, Ardana Food and Drink (Warrington & Newtown), KC Prime, Ardana Pizza Co., MORE Catering, The Good Gyro, Vitality Fit Kitchen, Heirloom, Nat’s Pizzeria, Karla’s Restaurant, Turning Point (Warrington), Carlucci’s Grill, Doylestown Inn, Coach’s, Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory, Plumsteadville Inn, Jersey Mike’s (Doylestown), The Farm House Tavern, Servis Events, Poco’s, Frost, Lovebird (Newtown), Nektar, Green Parrot, Spuntino, Free Will Brewing, Borscht Belt, TeVa Rolls, Villa Capri, V-Spot and Maxwell’s on Main (M.O.M’s).
The Bucks County Eat, Drink and Be Merry Month has a dedicated webpage at www.welcometokin.org where all participating partner locations are listed with their logo and a hyper-link to their business. As a visual indicator, all participating locations will receive a partnership window decal to display, as well as branded table tents for all tables.
Vicky Child, owner of UPS Buckingham and New Hope, donated all the window decals and the table tents.
