C&N, a community-oriented financial services institution, has donated $20,000 to Central Bucks School District Education Foundation under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC).
The Central Bucks School District Education Foundation, an independent nonprofit, is a fundraising and community connections partner for the Central Bucks School District and its 23 schools.
Funds from this donation will be used toward expansion of the Dual Enrollment Program, field trips and the STEAM program.
Dr. Adam Assoian, president, Central Bucks School District Education Foundation, stated, “As a young foundation eager to improve our community through innovative educational opportunities, Central Bucks School District Education Foundation is thrilled to have C&N Bank as one of our key supporters. Their standing in the community and passion for improving the lives of not just their customers but the community at large is inspiring. We simply couldn’t reach our goals without partners like them and are incredibly grateful for their generosity.”
On hand to present the check and represent C&N were Blair T. Rush, president of C&N’s Southeast Region, and Greg Adamson, senior vice president, regional commercial lending executive.
Rush commented, “At C&N we recognize the importance of providing robust and engaging educational opportunities to our children. We are proud to support the efforts of the Central Bucks School District Education Foundation to nurture children to embrace a love of learning and to prepare them to thrive and succeed.”
