Glen Foerd presents its July Third Thursday at Glen Foerd event of live music, food, family fun activities and art from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18. The event is free to the public.
To each Third Thursday event the public is invited to bring blankets or chairs, enjoy lawn games, roam Glen Foerd’s grounds, and explore its Gilded Age mansion, which will be open for free self-guided tours.
Donations are appreciated but not required, and attendees are asked to register in advance by visiting Glen Foerd’s events page at www.glenfoerd.org/events.
The upcoming Third Thursday at Glen Foerd, located at 5001 Grant Ave., Philadelphia, just outside Bucks County, will include:
Live musical entertainment presented by Brazilian band Minas, which takes Brazilian and American roots to create a fresh and innovative sound;
Arts and crafts activities for children;
Food and beverages available for purchase. The featured food vendor will be The Clean Plate Club Food Truck.
