Courthouse Quilters Guild aids charities

The Courthouse Quilters Guild in Flemington, N.J., raised $6,421 for Safe Harbor and the Jim Hamilton Scholarship Fund in 2023.

In addition, the Guild said, “Using our talent for sewing, we made 72 cough pillows for Capital Health, 190 pillowcases for Ryan’s Case for Smiles, 146 place mats for Meals on Wheels and six quilts for Quilts for Kids. We also donated 172 pounds of product/food to the Food Bank.”

With 62% participation, the Guild is proud of its accomplishments in just one year, and it is always interested in increasing membership. In addition to the above accomplishments, Courthouse Quilters Guild offers informative meetings, speakers, workshops, show and tell, plus much more.
