Rowan promoted to chief digital and transformation officer at Citadel Credit Union

Courtney Rowan has been promoted to chief digital and transformation officer at Citadel Credit Union and has also joined Citadel’s Senior Leadership Team.

Coupled with Citadel’s recent news on appointing new members to its board of directors, this promotion furthers the company’s vision, led by CEO Bill Brown, to reorganize internal talent in order to increase efficiency.

Rowan’s journey with Citadel, which has branches in Bucks County, began in 1999 in the Call Center, advancing through various roles including manager in the Web Department and VP of digital experience.

Her leadership has been pivotal in the company’s digital growth and current transformation efforts. In her new role, Rowan will lead member-facing digital solutions, focusing on communication, enablement, execution, and support.
