Flex Force Training celebrates milestone anniversary

Posted

Flex Force Training, a locally-owned gym offering personal training, small group training, and group classes in Hulmeville, is celebrating a milestone anniversary of 10 years in business.

Since its founding, owner Katey Smyth has prioritized creating an environment where there’s a plan for everyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

With this approach, it’s no wonder that even as so many larger brand-name gyms closed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Flex Force Training grew a loyal clientele, and even expanded its physical space at Johnson Hall, 3 Hulme Ave., Hulmeville, over the past year to include a 1,900-square-foot class space and spin studio.

These new spaces have enhanced its Pilates, dance fit, yoga, and special event offerings like country line dancing. The spin room contains state-of-the-art Stages spin bikes and high-end themed lighting.

Flex Force hosts events designed to be a fun night out that gets people moving and socializing: Country Line Dancing Night is a BYOB event from 7-10 p.m. on the last Friday of every month. No experience or membership is required, and dancers are encouraged to wear their best Western gear.
