John Primerano sings the Great American Songbook in Sellersville

John Primerano will headline his one-man show “John Primerano Sings The Great American Songbook....and More” at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at Sellersville Theater, 24 W. Temple Ave., Sellersville.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the theater at 215-257-5808, visiting the theater’s website or by visiting Primerano’s website: www.johnprimerano.com. Tickets are $35 to $59.50.

Primerano is a singer, pianist, songwriter and author who has appeared throughout the mid-Atlantic region. He is a musical entertainer whose repertoire consists of a wide variety of standard, easy listening and original songs.

A strong, performer equally at home performing ballads and Sing-alongs as he is with bossa novas and 1950s rock n roll, John, who started performing professionally at age 15, has worked with such performers as “Pretty Perky” Peggy King, Al Alberts, Vaughn Monroe, Woody Herman, Jimmy Durante, Mickey Shaugnessy and Guy Marks.

His acting career spans Philly-centric movies like “Rocky Balboa,” “Creed II,” “Philadelphia,” “Unbreakable,” “Mannequin” and more.
