Town and Country Players presents a special junior musical production of the hit musical “Legally Blonde,” featuring a talented cast of young performers from the community, Aug. 9 and 10.
Directed by Jeremy DerMovsesian and Matt Woodward, with musical direction from Joe Nappi, and choreography by Dana Joy Carducci, the energetic and uplifting rendition promises to delight audiences of all ages.
Based on the novel by Amanda Brown and the popular 2001 film starring Reese Witherspoon, “Legally Blonde: The Musical” follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and navigates the halls of Harvard Law School. The youth edition retains all the charm, wit and infectious energy of the original, tailored for a younger cast and audience.
Featuring memorable songs like “Omigod You Guys,” “Bend and Snap,” and “Legally Blonde,” this production promises fun music, colorful costumes, and a heartwarming message that will leave audiences cheering.
Performance are 7 p.m. Aug. 9 and 1 and 5 p.m. Aug. 10 at Town and Country Players, 158 York Road, Buckingham.
