Collectors, art enthusiasts, makers of all kinds and the general public will be treated to an array of 112 works of art on view during the Makers Alley Spring/Summer Exhibition June 15-July 7.
Located at the historic Lambertville Hall at 57 Bridge St. in Lambertville, N.J., the exhibition featuring works of art by Delaware River Valley painters, sculptors, wood workers, photographers, ceramic and fiber artists will benefit Bucks County Playhouse in supporting its nonprofit mission that includes community education classes held in Lambertville Hall.
“It’s been an honor to be invited to collaborate with the Bucks County Playhouse and present our exhibit in its Lambertville Hall education center,” said Peter Rosenthal, founder of Makers Alley. “We were overwhelmed by the extraordinary response to our call for submissions again this year. I hope the public will enjoy the wide variety of exceptional work.”

We can think of no better place than Lambertville Hall, our education center, to display their work.”
In the Makers Alley tradition, entries are defined by two categories – emerging artists and experienced artists. This provides the opportunity for artists to show their work, and for the viewers and potential collectors to purchase a range of work in multiple disciplines at varying prices. A weekly series of Makers Artist-to-Artist Talks is also planned.
In addition to the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to step inside the gallery in the former First Baptist Church built in 1868, and also discover the community art and culture activities offered at Lambertville Hall today.
Free and open to the public June 15 – July 7, the Makers Alley Spring/Summer Exhibition is open weekends only: Fridays: 4-7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. For information, visit https://makersalley.org.
