Norman’s Hallmark opens new stores in Richland and Warminster

Posted

Norman’s Hallmark, a Newtown-based employee-owned company and the nation’s largest independent owner of Gold Crown Hallmark stores, is now open in its new, larger spaces at Richland Marketplace, Quakertown, and Center Point Place Shopping Center, Warminster.

The card and specialty gift retailer now occupies 7,400 square feet on North West End Boulevard in Quakertown (Richland Township), a space about 3,000 square feet larger than the original, and 6,000 square feet at Center Point Place, 752 W. Street Road, Warminster, a space about 2,400 square feet larger than the original.

Both stores are fully modernized. The Norman’s “super store” locations feature an even wider selection of card and gift items than the former stores, according to Howard Henschel, Norman’s Hallmark president and chief executive officer.

“Norman’s Hallmark has experienced tremendous success since opening” in Richland in 2008 and Warminster in 2009, said Henschel. He said Norman’s is excited to offer its new, full-line stores to the community just in time for the holiday shopping season.

Norman’s Hallmark currently operates 73 locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in recent years expanded into Delaware and northern Maryland; it also maintains a strong e-commerce presence.
