Airmid Wellness and Counseling Center, a local female-owned wellness and counseling center in Warminster, has introduced an Employee Wellness Program for local businesses, organizations, and nonprofits.

Airmid has team of 17 therapists, along with wellness instructors, coaches and massage therapists who provide classes, workshops, and talk therapy for individuals, businesses, and organizations, in-person, on-site, and online.

Airmid’s program can be customized to include on-site health fairs, workshops and healthy lunch-and-learns on topics such as mindfulness tools, stress reduction techniques, and self-care. Access is also available to Airmid’s in-studio, virtual and video-on-demand wellness classes.

Airmid’s Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provides employees the opportunity to receive confidential support from a professional counselor to help address workplace or home-related issues that may be affecting their health, emotional well-being and job performance.

When organizations need to cope with workplace violence, trauma, or other emergency response situations, Airmid’s team of professional therapists is also available to provide on-site group or private one-on-one support sessions.

Joan Liptrot of Bristol has been named director of international and off-campus programs at McDaniel College in Westminster, Md.

Liptrot has over 30 years of experience in education and served for the last 10 years as director of service and civic engagement at Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J., where she supported service learning and directed the Bonner Community Scholars program, as well as provided oversite to the Rider Resource Pantry and led the university’s nationally recognized Rider Votes initiative.

She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education from East Stroudsburg University.

C&N (Citizens & Northern Corporation) announced that Kelley Cwiklinski has been promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Lending Officer based in Doylestown.

She will develop, drive and monitor the Commercial Lending function’s annual and long-term business plans and budgets. She will also maintain an effective commercial business development program to ensure growth goals are met while retaining C&N’s strong commitment to its relationship-focused business model.

Cwiklinski also will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and participate in other committees.

She has a professional record in the industry spanning over 38 years. Before joining C&N in her most recent role as Senior Vice President & Director of Commercial Lending, she held various leadership positions in commercial lending.

Cwiklinski holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College, West Windsor, NJ. and has received various certifications.
