B. Riley Wealth recently welcomed Brian J. Smith as a senior vice president of investments. Smith joined the firm to establish a new branch in Quakertown.
A lifelong Quakertown resident, Smith has nearly 20 years of financial industry experience and joins B. Riley Wealth from QNB Financial Services, where he was a wealth advisor for 11 years. He previously spent eight years with Keystone Financial Management. His longtime colleague, Deb Mann, also joins B. Riley as a client service associate.
A graduate of Penn State University, Smith earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both finance and marketing. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
Mann has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, the past nine supporting Smith’s financial services clients at QNB Financial Services.
The office is located at 136 Mill Road, Suite A, Quakertown.

Perkasie-based Penn Community Bank has been selected by Business Intelligence Group as a recipient of the organization’s Public Relations and Marketing Excellence – External Campaign of the Year Award.
The bank’s marketing department was recognized by the panel of business executives for its expansion of the ongoing “Start. Grow. Stay.” campaign. A resident of Lansdale, Norton received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University and her law degree from Villanova University.
