Bristol Township

Charged: David Joseph Jenner, 38, Sunday morning Dec. 19, with killing a man inside a Bristol Township home on Saturday night.
Jenner had been staying at the home at 605 Veterans Highway when he got into an argument with 43-year-old Charlie R. Thomas Jr., and repeatedly stabbed him Saturday night, according to a criminal complaint.
Jenner was arraigned Sunday by District Judge Lisa J. Gaier on charges of homicide, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and recklessly endangering another person. He was denied bail and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. Jan. 4 before District Judge Kevin P. Wagner.
Thomas was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital and was pronounced dead at 11:49 p.m. Dec. 18. The victim’s 64-year-old mother was also stabbed, in the left arm as she tried to separate Jenner from her son. She was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and is expected to survive her injury.

Plumstead

Charged: Rodney C. Millspaugh, 53, with terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, Dec. 10, after he turned himself in to police in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 7.
Police responded to B&B Beverage Dec. 7, for the report of an armed person on the property. The complainant told police he was involved in a road rage incident that started on the Route 611 bypass and ultimately ended in the parking lot of B&B.
He further relayed that both drivers exited their vehicles and a verbal altercation ensued. An individual, who was identified as Millspaugh, exited his vehicle brandishing a handgun, pointed it at the complainant and threatened his life, police said.
Millspaugh was arraigned by District Judge Maggie Snow who set bail at $25,000 unsecured; his preliminary hearing has been set for 10 a.m. Jan. 31.
Charged: Fred Loerwald, 64, of Green Lane, Dec. 14, with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property in connection with a theft that occurred in October 2020.
On Nov. 19 2021, Loerwald was found to be in possession of stolen property that was taken from a residence in Plumstead Township, police said. At the time of the theft, Loerwald was working inside the victim’s house doing home improvements.
Loerwald was taken into custody without incident and subsequently arraigned by District Judge Gary Gambardella. Bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. Loerwald’s preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 27.

Charged: Jeffery Wydro, with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, Dec. 17, in connection with a Dec. 15 incident.
Police were dispatched to 6061 Durham Road, at 7:30 a.m. Dec. 15, for the report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers were apprised that resident Jeffery Wydro had punched an employee in the face due to Wydro not being provided a cigarette, police said.
Wydro was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage who set his bail at $75,000, 10%. Wydro was transported to Bucks County Prison where he awaits his preliminary hearing that is scheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 3.
Charged: Carson Kauffman, with receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of vehicle, Dec. 20, after police were called for a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Pierce Library.
The vehicle was found to have been reported as stolen out of Allentown. Kauffman was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage and transported to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Richland

Theft: of catalytic converters and damage caused by the attempt to remove catalytic converters reported Nov. 23 by Blackwell, 283 N. West End Blvd.
Both catalytic converters were stolen from a gray 2002 Chevy 2500 van and a white 2012 Ford E250 van suffered damage to the catalytic converter and exhaust tail pipe; a tan 2010 Ford F250 also had damage to the catalytic converter from the attempt to remove it. Estimated theft and damages is over $3,000.
Charged: Mark C. Campolei, 35, of Sellersville with harassment following an incident Dec. 1, outside of VMMA, 214 N. West End Blvd.
Charged: Kathleen Tidwell, 56, of Quakertown with retail theft, Dec. 2, after police responded to Giant, 901 South West End Blvd., for an employee in custody for multiple retail thefts.
Charged: Scott Douglas Stevenson, 43, of Quakertown, with simple assault and harassment Dec. 5, following a domestic disturbance.
Charged: Matias Jaramillo, 30, of Allentown, with receiving stolen property and driving under a suspended license, Dec. 10, after police were called to Giant, 901 S. West End Blvd., for a located stolen vehicle with Jaramillo inside it.
