Snow adorns the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Bridge which spans the Delaware River, linking Tinicum Township in Bucks County and Frenchtown in New Jersey. Tuesday morning’s storm closed schools, prompted numerous local snow emergency declarations and downed wires and trees. Most of Bucks and Hunterdon counties received 5 to 8 inches, but much of the snow melted away Tuesday
afternoon as temperatures rebounded.
