The Boiler Room at Dublin Town Center celebrates grand reopening

The Boiler Room, located at the heart of Dublin Town Center, is celebrating its grand reopening as a fine dining restaurant.

With a revamped menu and elegant new dining options paired with craft cocktails, general managers Ben and Samantha Krauss have curated a culinary experience at the restaurant.

Under the guidance of executive chef Vincent Minissale, known for his innovative culinary approach, The Boiler Room now boasts a menu featuring sophisticated dishes such as sous vide duck breast complemented by confit potatoes, charred broccolini, and a blackberry gastrique.

In addition to craft cocktails, the Boiler Room also offers zero proof and mocktail versions of their drinks for an all-inclusive experience.

The Boiler Room offers al fresco seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals under the stars. The Boiler Room also hosts happy hour from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, where guests can enjoy discounted craft cocktails and appetizers at the bar.

The Boiler Room is located at 123 N. Main St., Dublin.
