On June 10, the Catholic Women of Bucks (CWoB) Giving Circle met at St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, Yardley, to hear speakers from Bucks for Kids talk about helping foster children in Bucks County.
A total of 45 women attended to hear Nancy Larkin Taylor and Dawn Padanyi from Bucks for Kids explain the work of this all-volunteer organization, and raise money to send local foster children to camp this summer. As a result, over $6,000 was donated by the women.
