Cheryl C. Berger

It is with deep regret that a 5-foot giant will no longer be seen running through Doylestown Borough.

It always made both Cheryl and I smile when people often came up to Cheryl and told her how they always saw her running through the borough. They spoke to Cheryl as a longtime friend although they didn’t know her. Such was the magic of this incredible person. Cheryl embodied kindness, compassion, and goodness, and it was amazing how she evoked those same attributes from others.

Cheryl was well-known within the fitness community being a very early member of Cornerstone gym and especially the Zone. Later, Cheryl became a proponent of OTF. Cheryl always became a role model and benchmark for fitness and health.

Career-wise, Cheryl was the heart and soul of my boutique dental practice. Cheryl was the “Boss,” and I was fortunate to have her guidance and direction both at work and home.

After 42 years of marriage, Cheryl left me on July 28, 2022. Cheryl was two days short of her 72 birthday.

Our son, Erik, gave Cheryl a fitting epitaph: “Mom liked to get up early at 5 a.m., so that she could pull the clouds out of the sky, so everyone would have a sunny day.”

Cheryl would always use her impressive skills to make life better for everyone whether Cheryl knew you or not.

Services are private and if so inclined, memorial contributions can be made in the name of Cheryl C. Berger to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA. 90266, www.pancan.org

With undying love, your husband,

Joel
