Marianne (nee Gibson) Kuleba was born February 2, 1955 at Perth Amboy General Hospital, Perth Amboy, NJ and passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. She was 69 years young.

She grew up in Monroe Township, NJ and moved to Kendall Park, NJ upon marrying her husband George in 1982. She and her family then moved to Doylestown, PA in 1995.

Marianne graduated from Jamesburg High School in Jamesburg, NJ in 1973. She started her data processing career as a key punch operator at Greater New York Life Insurance, East Brunswick, NJ and Johnson & Johnson, North Brunswick, NJ. Marianne then became a Data Control clerk at Triangle Industries, New Brunswick, NJ, where she met her husband, George. She transitioned from full time employment to her most favored position as a full time Mom when her children Gregory and Alison were born. Marianne so enjoyed participating with her children as a class Mom, at scouting events and even with the Civil Air Patrol in Doylestown, PA. She also served as a substitute Teachers Aide in the Central Bucks School District.

She got great satisfaction over the past 15 years volunteering at Doylestown Hospital, performing tasks in patient transport, gift shop, Radiology support roles and knitting hats for newborns. Marianne enjoyed the friendships she developed among the staff and fellow volunteers. She greatly admired the many teen volunteers she encountered at the hospital.

Crafts, sewing and especially quilting were her favorite pastimes. She won numerous awards at local fairs and shows for her quilts. Along with her fellow friends at County Line Quilters, she created hundreds of quilted burp-cloths for newborn programs and quilted place mats for Meals on Wheels.

Marianne’s family wishes to thank the many doctors and medical staff, including Dr. Reene Sangrigoli, Dr. Kerri Akaya Smith and Dr. Sarah Robin that provided her loving care in her battle with numerous ailments over the years.

Marianne’s father William Gibson, mother Mary (Soke) Gibson and brother William Gibson proceeded her in death.
