New Hope Arts Center reopening celebrations planned

Posted

Tickets are available now for New Hope Arts Center’s grand reopening celebrations leading up to the official opening on June 15.

The “Beyond the Blueprint, Grand Reopening Celebration” will take place June 6, and a unique Members Only Reception is set for 5-8 p.m. June 10.

Additionally, leading up to the opening events, the organization launched a new virtual exhibition, “Artists Elevate the Arts,” in recognition of its successful fundraiser (“Elevate the Arts”) that brought to fruition the building’s much-needed renovations. It runs through June 15.

Tickets for the Members Only Reception are available now on EventBrite.com; a minimum donation suggestion is $25 for active New Hope Arts Members. New Hope Arts Members in attendance will have the chance to preview the building before the general public, reconnect with fellow members, hear special announcements, enjoy complimentary refreshments and light fare, and ride the long-awaited, prized, new elevator. Membership can be acquired on the New Hope Arts website at NewHopeArts.org.

Tickets for the “Beyond the Blueprint, Grand Reopening Celebration”” may also be purchased at EventBrite.com or NewHopeArts.org.

The “Artists Elevate the Arts” virtual exhibition presents artworks in all media contributed by member artists who have rallied together and have collectively had a remarkable variety of pieces in the New Hope Arts gallery over its 20-year history. The dedicated exhibition’s artworks are available for sale, and a portion of all sales will benefit New Hope Art’s new and expanded program plan for future offerings.

“Artists Elevate the Arts” represents over 35 artists, and many offer testimonials about the significance of New Hope Arts and their careers, and New Hope Arts’ meaning to the cultural community it serves.

Significant art includes new works by patron favorites such as Robert Beck, James Feehan and Jack Rosen, which includes a uniquely signed photograph of George Nakashima. Visit NewHopeArts.org.
