Stella of New Hope, a modern American restaurant located in the Ghost Light Inn, boasting 180 degree views of the Delaware River, is extending its brunch offerings.
Brunch is now available Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy an additional day of brunch and an expanded menu featuring new additions from executive chef Keith Bernstein.
In lieu of the lunch menu on Fridays, Bernstein has transformed the brunch menu (previously only available on Saturdays and Sundays) and is now offering a fusion of sweet and savory breakfast and lunch favorites plus rotating seasonal additions every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Bernstein, a Philadelphia native with two decades of culinary experience, joined the Stella team this past winter and has recently revamped the dinner menu and added an all-new bar food menu.
