Much like the iconic hairstyle, there are two sides to Mullet, above. At times, he is more reserved, content to curl up in a cozy corner. But if you gain his trust, he’ll show you his affectionate side and maybe even swat around a cat toy or two. A former feral and alumnus of the Tabby’s Place TNR program, he was just too friendly to return to a life in the harsh outdoors. With a clean bill of health, he has a lot of love to give to the right family. S’mores, below, is a handsome tuxedo boy who oozes sweetness but also has a fun-and-feisty side. He loves both curling up for a good snooze and chasing after wand toys. Although he lived in a home for 10 years, S’mores was recently returned to Tabby’s Place for no fault of his own. He has adjusted well to life at the sanctuary, but staff would love to see him live out his years in a forever home. Come visit S’mores and Mullet at Tabby’s Place, 1100 Highway 202 Ringoes, N.J., or fill out an adoption application online, tabbysplace.org.
